2004 ford expedition starter relay location

I have an 04 expedition when i got it the previous owner told me that it ran good til one day it wouldnt start. So he had the starter and fuel pump replaced. Still wouldnt start. So i bought it for cheap and i completely went thru the engine. I ended up rebuilding the engine, and when i was done i tried to start it, it still wouldnt turn over.
