2018 ford explorer water pump
I have a 2018 Ford Explorer that has just turned 52,000 miles. I bought in Oct. 2018 with 3 miles on it. I noticed that when accelerating the heater is working, but when I’m at a standstill, it blows out cold air. I took it to a mechanic, and he said water pump for $2500. Ford wants $3500 and it’s because they have to take the engine out.
