The Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences was established in 1982 by Master Wei Tsuei. Master Tsuei is an accomplished practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, Taiji Quan, and Taiji meditation. In addition, he is a sixth generation Qi Gong master. His grandfather, a traditional medical doctor, was a strong influence.
