I have traveled the world and been in a lot of clubs and lounges on my journeys but this tops the worst of all. If i had to rank this club it would get a 1 out of a 100. That is how bad this place is. The customer service agents were horribly. I don’t get to my home airport early enough to wait around 30-45 minutes to get into a lounge. I just go to the Admirals Club (where I have never once had to wait to get in). I have gotten to the point that 90% of the time (I depart CLT on average twice a week) I do not even think of the Centurion as an option.

This is the main Admirals Club at CLT and is the larger of the two at CLT and is one of the largest ones I have been to. The reception area is large with several staff positions which generally affords a quick entry. There is a huge main seating area with rows of seats and ample power outlets. The WiFi was fast and connected easily.
