Jeep wrangler p0300

Misfires, rough idle, P0300, p0174, p2099. Last year 2018 in June I had these same codes come up with really rough idle. I changed spark plugs and wires and it came back a month later. I took it to a mechanic and he couldn't find anything wrong with it.
