As for the name, well I too know the drink as the Blue MF (must be regional then) but I do like Adios MF better, I hadn't ever heard it until now but it's amusing. It's a fine line... like, "adios mf" is kind of funny, but "blue mf" sounds like "hey let's put a swear word into a name of a drink, hee hee." Semantics, maybe.
