Cheerleading squads consist of 6 or more girls. Depending on the number of athletes registered, grades may be combined within the school or with other parish schools in order to form a team. Practices. Practices are scheduled 2 times per week. Since all our coaches are volunteers, we try to accommodate the coaches' work schedules as best we can.

The UDA College Nationals 2024 crowned new national championships on Sunday as the event closed the door on another wild weekend at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex inside Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. Ohio State, Minnesota and LSU all became champions again the IA divisions for Jazz, Pom and Hip Hop.
