Communion meditation. The meditation before communion can be a very powerful reminder of the integral and wholesome element of examining oneself in relationship to the Lord's Supper. First Corinthians 11:29,32 reminds us to (1) recognize the body of the Lord, and (2) examine ourselves so that we will not be condemned.

Communion Meditation, often referred to as the Lord’s Supper or the Eucharist, is a sacred ceremony observed by Christians worldwide. It symbolizes the last meal shared by Jesus Christ with his disciples before his crucifixion.
