After 45 minutes of the dasher hanging around picking up and dropping off orders near the restaurant, AFTER picking mine up, I called support. They called the dasher and told them to bring my food ASAP and I ended up with the entire order, tip included, credited back to my account. He wasn't on a stacked delivery with door dash.
