Jun 29, 2019 · thrill of the hunt imo is just a discount haunted grounds. they both exist to divert survivors from the other hex perks and punish survivors for cleansing hex perks. imagine wasting time cleansing a hex totem with a slower speed and also risking urself getting found by the killer while you're cleansing and after you've cleansed the totem. If you want to protect your totems like thrill of the hunt was designed to so, you are better off running haunting grounds to punish survivors for trying to work on them. Edit: Though, you can make a pretty fun hex build by running this alongside haunting grounds, devour hope and either ruin or third seal.
