It's stupidly rare, if not impossible, to get a token of the twelve from EN. Instead, you'll get fragments, usually around 50ish a quest. 100 fragments can be exchanged for 1 token. So you will never get a token, but you easily convert what you get into a token. Thats not true. Certain epic quests drop tokens of the twelve in chests. You need 20 to get a heroic pat life. If I were you then I’d go to 30 doing those quests whilst accumulating commendations of valor from quest rewards.
