Engine hot ac off in chevy impala

I noticed on my ride home today, with the hot air on it was 204-208* for the coolant. Usually with the hot air on its 195-199*. I opened the hood and used a thermometer to check the outside temperature of the hose running into the radiator and the one running out. The one running in is very hot to touch.
