F7 mage setup? dont play f7 as mage without wither blade. i recommend using juju and 3/4 necron with necron head and play archer/bers until handle and 3 scrolls. ¾ storm with wither goggles with a spirit sceptre and at least cata 32 and mage 29 (so you look better in pf) would suffice although it would help if you got a yeti sword/Midas spoon ...

3/4 Goldor and reaper mask is what I see peoplee wearing. From someone who dropped 2 handles as tank, i can say that the best things for f7 tank on a tight budget without clearing setup would be the normal 3/4 and reaper mask with giant reforge.
