Hmm. Googling seems to give this general impression, that facebookmail.com is a scam domain. But how is it sending me the right notifications though? The other stuff may be robots making shit up, but I sent that last friend request myself, and I saw it on my inbox later. I'm starting to freak out.

Answer is NEVER, that's how you know this is a fake/scammer. I'm getting it from [email protected] the exact same email/person you're getting.. My bets is that it's someone that actually works at facebook and has our email, most likely selling it to the actual scammer or he/she is using it themselves.
