This lag is only affecting FFXIV - Elemental. I have tried resetting Modem, router, using Lan Cables but nothing works. Yesterday I tried free trial VPN and it runs smoothly with 66ms latency. I am not sure if I should purchase the VPN or hope that things will get better on its own without additional VPN subscription.
The upside is that hitboxes are always correct; if you are behind a chocobo on the same lane, you're -actually- behind it.
