Flame of Redmane does not do much damage. It also has a long start-up animation and only medium range. It's strong, but to be honest staggers and critical are not very good DPS, they are just safe. Bleeds or RKR crushing does far more damage. Colossal weapons don't actually even want to use criticals on poise break.

If you can kill an Omen with FotR before it staggers, then forget it. Just use something else.
