There are many reports that shows Uptown Dallas being more crime ridden than Southeast Dallas. If you haven't known, Southeast Dallas is 87% Hispanic and black, while Uptown is 64% white. I have also seen that there are some parts or Frisco, Allen, McKinney that are more dangerous than the ghetto parts of Arlington.
