Hp omen optimizer keeps popping up

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I know this isn't the Gaming forum, but for some reason I can't post there so I'll try this forum. Updated the Omen Gaming Hub from the Microsoft Store today. I've used it for several months and prior versions - especially the manual boost option. The udpate to 1101.2205.2. is broken.

How do I remove HP.Omen.SystemOptimizer? Question. I uninstalled Omen Gaming Hub, but SystemOptimizer still runs when I start Windows. My list of installed apps has none with "HP" or "Optimizer" in the name and SystemOptimizer does not appear in my list of startup programs, either.
