Item missing from walmart delivery

I contacted Walmart yesterday and was told it had been lost. They offered a refund, but I declined and planned to call FedEx hoping it might be located. This morning, I see that for some reason it was refunded anyway. But also, the tracking number now says "Arrived at FedEx location" and that it will arrive 5/21.

In November 2021 I ordered a heavy piece of furniture from Walmart. The box arrived damaged, and the item had these weird stains on the fabric. (Judging from reviews on the website, this was not an isolated incident for this item). I took photos of the box and stains.
