When you enable RSR (in adrenaline, not legion space) when you boot a game in full screen it will say that RSR isn’t active because of resolution mismatch with the portrait screen, but if you look at the game you can clearly see it is applying RSR. Basically they say you need a consistent 60 FPS or it screws up frame-pacing. And the actual frame-generation itself takes up resources. So if you are able to get a consistent 60 FPS without dips in the game you are playing while generating the extra frames, you probably already can hit like 80-100 FPS naturally. The fan noise in the LeGO has 2 components : coil whine which is made by the fan and you cannot change. It’s the highest pitched part of the noise and your ability to hear it depend on your ears and your age. Young people hear better very high pitched noises. air vibration caused by the air flow hitting the grid directly above the fan. So perhaps the better comparison, is the tangible or "hardware" that cannot be changed. The ROG has: Better speakers.
