Lorex app not working

So this is the steps I took to get it to work on my wife's account/Phone. From my wifes phone, delete the shared device. Uninstall the app in her phone. Make sure from my account that her shared user is also deleted. Reinstall the app on my wife's phone. From my phone remake her shared account. On my wife'sphone login and now it works!
