A low histamine chili recipe that doesn’t suck. I found this chili on Pinterest and with a few tweaks it works well and doesn’t taste like dirt. and I use frozen butternut squash, because who has time for fresh. I’ve made it with red beets for a more “chili” look, as well as golden beets.
