Mercari item arrived damaged. The item itself wasn't damaged but the top of the item's box was pretty smashed in and dented, which detracts considerably from the item's overall value. I submitted a return with pictures of the packaging and the item, and was surprised at how quickly Mercari cancelled and refunded my purchase.
