There was a time when Dry Falls was the wettest and biggest falls around. During the last ice age the Central Washington cliffs roared with a waterfall two and a half times higher and five times wider than Niagara Falls. In fact, they rank as the mightiest waterfall of all time at a towering 400 feet high and three and a half miles wide.
