I picked up my 2017 Honda Rubicon Deluxe on Saturday and haven't had many opportunities for a cold start but I was a bit surprised this afternoon when it took longer than expected to start. Got it home and checked the belt and clutch seams good pulled the starter out (note starter has been hanging on occasion) starter appears to be in good shape. Pulled the recoil off and checked Bendex not sure how it's supposed to act. I can turn the motor over by hand but with the pull start on it doesn't want to spin fast enough.
