It definately had to do with the TPMS as I was getting a light on that. Just had new tires, rims and TPM sensors installed and they put the wrong sensors on. The red light was the one above marked "17". So thankfully it should not reappear once the new sensors are installed. (engine temp was right in the middle at the time).
